COVID-19 services

Given the current COVID-19 pandemic the Australian Government has rolled out additional Medicare items to allow for telehealth and phone consultations for doctors, specialist and allied health professionals to ensure access to services for those who have been isolated or are vulnerable, or for clients of health professionals who might be vulnerable or needing to self isolate.

Access to these services are changing daily and given the further measures that NSW and Australia as a whole are taking to reduce the spread of the virus we have made the decision to no longer offer face-to-face consultations at the office and have moved to offering all our appointments via telehealth or phone appointments. We have put together a COVID19 Services document detailing the changes and questions you might have about these changes.

It is important to us at Whole Psychology that we continue to support our clients through what is a time of great uncertainty. We hope by making these changes to continue to be able to do that. So we ask for your understanding and patience as we settle into the new ways of connecting to ensure that we can stay connected.
