Payments

Whole Psychology requires payment on the day of the appointment. We accept cash (correct money) or have eftpos facilities available on site.

Due to recent changes in online claiming the Commonwealth Bank is no longer supporting Medicare Easyclaim payments so we will not be able to provide facilities to claim your rebate after your session at our office. We apologise for this inconvenience and will investigate possible alternatives.

You will be issued either in print or electronic copy (depending on your preference) a receipt that you can use to claim your Medicare Rebate either with your MyGov account if Medicare is linked to this account, through the Medicare Express App, or through the mail.
